Countdown song blues…

Pastor Alex, the assistant to the Pastor, secondary pastor, something like that, started doing a cool little countdown video to the start of Church. This is a very good idea to sort of get everyone in the right state of mind for worship to start. Pastor Alex also picked out a great song to go with it by the David Crowder Band… however, we’ve been starting off each service this way for about 6 months now and us sound and tech teams are… well, to be frank, getting a little tired of it.

The ultimate Home Theater

For those of you that love sound and theater… like myself… you’ll enjoy reading this post. I have had the pleasure of visiting the Pioneer KURO loft in LA this week; a place with over 40k worth of home theater and plasma screens… at the door way I already had to wipe the drool off my face. Anyways, I said I would post cool stuff about sound and such, so here is the first post. I know it’s not church related, but it’s way too cool to pass up.
